Theme builders have simplified the ease of management and scale for our clients and their projects.

We often support WP-built websites that use a theme builder plugin and or theme in place of traditional hard-coded themes. The theme we build with is project-dependent and up to the client to decide.

Our web developer has built and maintained sites using Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Oxygen, and similar theme frameworks within the WordPress system. No. We do not develop or maintain WordPress plugins or themes as a service.

However, it isn’t uncommon for WordPress websites to use a plugin to home custom hard-coded functionalities for your website theme. In this case, we are likely able to help you develop and maintain your plugin to further your theme development.

Yes – and no. We strive to build and design websites that include well-optimized on-page SEO practices.

This includes but isn’t limited to configuring a SEO plugin to handle meta titles and descriptions, setting optimal slugs, and natural internal linking to other pages on your site.

SEO is a broad concept with many opportunities for improved search engine optimization. This could include routine blog posting, a focus on content quality, and backlinking to and from your website.

We care for your website health and baseline on-page SEO regardless of budget. We do offer copy writing for SEO purposes as an add-on service.

At this time, we do not offer E-commerce website builds.

We do not currently support E-commerce websites on our WordPress hosting maintenance retainers. We recommend you inquire with us anyways.

Yes! We offer Google property setups as an add-on service with any project. This includes Google Analytics, Business Profile, and G Workspace.

By default, we do not opt-in to placing Google Analytics on your website. However, We will install or migrate any existing pixel scripts you carry for marketing purposes.

You’re not just consulting with a person selling websites. You’re consulting with the expert in their field, and the same skilled professional performing the design and development work to get you to launch day.

Our consulting offers valuable time between your company and your marketing partner to plan and execute bigger your website projects – together or solo.

It’s a great resource for learning how to use your website, or relaying important marketing updates on a more regular basis to your website manager.

Meetings are virtual, usually. We use Google Meet as it is widely available to most people, and doesn’t require a seperate download or account. We also meet with Zoom. We are based in Coeur d’Alene and love to meet up locally in person.

Scheduled calls must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to recieve credit towards rescheduling the same call. If something prevented you from making the call, please let us know so we can consider the circumstances.

For existing clients, pre-payment it is not expected, but you can. Consulting is billed by the hour in 15-minute increments. New clients must pay in advance or first undergo a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

We accept online debit, credit, and ACH payments for all invoices. We also accept local checks.

You will receive automated email communications for any outstanding or upcoming invoices to your billing email on file.

At this time, we do not accept payments through payment apps including Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal.

We require a half down deposit on all quoted projects at $500 USD or more or for any first-time projects with new clients.

The other half of the balance becomes due upon project completion and your approval of delivery.

Yes! Our billing platform offers a secure way of logging into your account to manage your Invoices and card on file. Please request the link from your representative at Ever.

However, due to the technical nature of our services, we do not allow the modification of any subscription through this portal. To cancel or update a subscription service with us, a request must be made directly.

Yes. We accept local checks for most invoices. Though, we do not accept checks for monthly term payments. Please inquire with us if you would like to pay your Invoice or future Invoices for a particular service by check.

We will refund accidental charges, duplicate charges, incorrectly charged amounts, and overpayments. We do not refund project deposits or service fees for services rendered. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to bring them to our attention by sending us your message.

Your credit card and/or ACH information is stored and processed solely by our payment processor, Stripe. They are a widely adopted processor used by major brands and apps.

Billing is limited to administration and not a single one of us can see your full credit card or account number.

Our access portal for you to manage your billing account is an extension of the Stripe platform and under their control – limiting your billing interaction to one secure platform.

Yes! Ever Marketing will do business with you even if you aren’t in our hometown of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Most commonly, we provide website services in Spokane, Seattle, and communities as far as low down as Twin Falls, Idaho. You can check out our community page to view other areas we serve.

We dedicate and donate 7% of website projects, consulting, and support tickets to locally-based Coeur d’Alene-Spokane region non-profit charities. (The kind doing the most good for their communities!)
